Shipping & Returns
The combined customer-care summary from Saamragi's official shipping, cancellation, refund, and return policies.
Domestic shipping
Official Saamragi policy: domestic shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 1,999. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days unless a product detail says otherwise. The official delivery partner is DTDC. Address modifications should be emailed to info@saamragi.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
International shipping
International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on order value and dimensions. Customs, VAT, duties, or local taxes are borne by the customer. From 1 July 2021, VAT may apply on shipments delivered in the EU.
Returns and exchange
Official Saamragi policy: return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days / 48 hours of receiving the product. Items should be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags. Customized products, sale products, jewellery, and items without original tags may not be returnable or exchangeable. Damage, incorrect item, or incomplete order issues should be emailed with Order ID and image/video proof.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, do it before the order is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched. If cancelled before shipping, the official policy says the full amount can be refunded.
