Return and Exchange Request
Important return/exchange conditions from the official Saamragi site.
Request window
Return/exchange requests not raised within 2 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
Item condition
Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Original packaging and tags must be in place. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Non-returnable / restricted
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products bought during sale are non-refundable. Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pickup / credit note
Approved return/exchange products are usually picked up in 3-5 days. Credit notes, when issued, are valid for 1 year from issuance.
