Cancellation, damaged-order, refund, and exchange notes from Saamragi.
Cancellation before dispatch
Cancel before the order is shipped. If the order has not shipped, the full amount can be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable once dispatched.
Damaged / incorrect / incomplete orders
If packaging is tampered with, refuse the package. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact Saamragi within 48 hours with Order ID plus image/video proof. Saamragi may ship a replacement or provide a refund once pickup and quality check are completed.
Refund handling
Refunded amount is for product value, not shipping charges. Credit notes cannot be encashed later. If pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship; up to ₹150 may be issued as credit note for reverse shipping.
International orders
There is no exchange policy for international customers.
